THE Bookcase INSTALLATIONS:

  • All Wall Beds come with FREE 24/7 installation phone support. Call 1300 888 974
  • The Wall Bed Centre are all Do-It-Yourself models.
  • MUST BE ANCHORED to the secure Wall Bed. Wall anchorage is optional
  • Installations of all DIY Wall Beds must be done by two people to avoid damage to the DIY Wall Beds or to yourself.
  • The Wall Bed Centre instructions must be read carefully before starting the assembly.
  • Charges apply for replacement parts when a part is damaged due to not reading the assembly instructions prior to commencing the installation.
  • Most parts that are damaged can be replaced at a cost.
  • All Bookcase come with full Installation Instructions and components to assemble the bed.
  • Insured Contractors might be used to install your Wall Bed.
  • Installation Instructions MUST be followed step-by-step for correct assembly of all Wall Beds, to avoid making a mistake and damaging parts.
  • If you require installation and are unable to do the installation yourself, please let one of the Wall Bed centre staff on 1300 888 974 members know when ordering and this will be added to your invoice.
  • The Alpha Wall Bed are Shipped by Wall Beds Australia.
  • Delivery is included in Alpha Wall Beds Prices to NSW, Vic, QLD below Rockhampton.

  • .Prices for delivery outside of the specified areas will be quoted at the time of enquiry.
  • The risk in the property of goods delivered passes to you, the customer, upon delivery of the goods.
  • A $150.00 charge will apply for each additional attempt to deliver The Wall Bed Centre ordered.
  • Please check all information of the invoice is correct with the delivery details. If details are incorrect please call The Wall Bed Centre on 1300 888 974.
  • The processing of orders and all deliveries are made Monday to Friday within business hours (excluding public holidays). No deliveries will be made on weekends or after business hours.
  • During the “Wet Season” deliveries to the Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may be affected by adverse weather conditions.
  • In this event, deliveries may take longer than usual timeframes.
  • Someone will need to be at the location of delivery for the driver to take a signature. This service is to Kerb side only. Please have someone there to help the driver unload the boxes.
  • The driver will need a man’s assistance to unload all the boxes. Some boxes may weigh over 70kg.
  • Delivery timeframes may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances. The Wall Bed Centre will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information if circumstances change.
  • The Wall Bed Centre cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.

IMPORTANT:

  • The contents packaged are carefully inspected before shipping.
  • Please inspect contents immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves. If any damage is visible, have the driver make a note on the delivery docket and sign his name before accepting the delivery.

CANCELLATION OF SALE/ORDER
Please choose your Desk Wall Bed carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you have changed your mind, have made the wrong decision or found the item cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully choose your DIY Wall Bed.
• In the event that you would like to cancel a sale/order once a deposit has been made, refunds will be in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Office of Consumer Affairs.
• A minimum of 20% will be deducted off the full sale price from any refunds to cover administration costs.
